Had the pleasure of visiting Mexico City and finding endless inspiration around every corner. From the stunning Art Nouveau architecture with its intricate details and vibrant vitrals, to the bold bursts of color in Mexican traditions, and of course, the masterpieces of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera.

Exploring this incredible city with great friends was definitely one of the highlights of my year. I’m excited to incorporate all this inspiration into projects and designs. I have so much more to share from this trip—stay tuned for more posts!

An exciting day for me and my client as we finalize selections for the bathroom slab and hardware! I like to show a few great options to make decisions easier, ensuring my clients love what they pick. That’s why I take the time to show them the pieces in person before finalizing any sales. The results? Always stunning and satisfied clients!

In this project, we’re using beautiful Calacatta Viola marble from @omni_surfaces and selecting unlacquered brass for the faucets and accessories from @bathsofamerica.

This beautiful home in River Oaks is going through a Major Bathroom and kitchen renovation. First day of the project includes laying down plans for the contractor, covering floors and demoing 🔨. It looks like a mess but it’s the first step to a beautiful result! 🤩🙌🏼

Thrilled to have attended the opening of this space which showcases a stunning collection of luxury furniture and thoughtful design.

While in London, I had the pleasure of diving into the London Design Festival at Material Matters 2024! 🌍 It was a whirlwind of innovation and sustainability, showcasing how design can transform our world through circular production and natural materials. Feeling inspired and ready to embrace a greener future!🌱

A little bit more in detail of my visit to @madisonlilyrugs , truly one of my favorite places in Houston to source for projects. As I mentioned in my previous post, these pieces are a definite conversation starter in any space and to me they just have that awe- inspiring feeling like that one of a piece of art!

Covering your floors with pieces of art is what @madisonlilyrugs aims by taking art paintings by the artist @edgarpodzemny and turning them into large scale, high-end rugs.

I love sourcing these pieces for my clients living areas because they will for sure be conversation starters and a such a unique statement in their space! 🖼️

A primary bathroom bathed in natural light, with wood cabinets and stone countertops featuring strong yet sophisticated veining for a timeless elegance.

My client loved the result of this renovation and says “it feels like a beautiful warm hug”.

When designing, one of my main focuses is the harmonious selection of materials. In this space, the interplay of matte black fixtures, warm wood tones, and sleek ceramic elements creates a balanced and inviting atmosphere. Each material complements the other, contributing to a cohesive and modern aesthetic that exudes both warmth and sophistication.

One of my favorite bathroom projects, designed to give my client a spa-like experience she can enjoy every day—soothing, relaxing, and inspiring. The combination of soft pink walls and ceiling with gray clay tiles, natural oak cabinets, and layers of lighting that create a moodier ambiance is just perfect!

How to have a successful sourcing day:
They are all about preparation and intuition.

Before stepping out, I make sure to have a clear vision of the client’s needs, mood boards on hand, and a flexible mindset ready to embrace unexpected finds. Balancing creativity with practicality, and always keeping an eye out for those unique pieces that elevate the design, is key to curating a space that truly resonates with the client’s lifestyle.

Soaking up the sun, just like I infuse every space with that unmistakable Brazilian energy. It’s all about effortless style, vibrant connections, and designing with soul. Every project, every detail, reflects that vibe. 🌞🌼
